Resources

Everything you need before you order.

Artwork requirements, how the process runs, and straight answers to the questions we get most.

Artwork

Getting your logo production-ready.

Preferred formats

Vector files — .AI, .EPS, or .SVG. These scale to any product without losing edge quality.

If you only have a raster file

Send the highest resolution you have (300 DPI at final size, ideally .PNG with a transparent background). We'll tell you honestly whether it will hold up.

Colors

Pantone (PMS) references if you have a brand guide. If not, we'll match to your existing materials and lock it for future reorders.

No usable file?

We redraw logos in-house. Send whatever you have — a business card photo is a starting point.

Ordering

How an order runs.

  1. 1. Tell us what you need

Team size, occasion, timing, budget. A rough idea is enough to start.

  2. 2. Recommendation and quote

We come back with products that suit the use and the budget — not the highest-margin option.

  3. 3. Mockups and approval

Digital proofs before anything is produced. Physical samples when the run justifies it.

  4. 4. Production

Typically 10–15 business days after artwork approval, depending on product and decoration method.

  5. 5. Delivery

Bulk to one address, split across locations, or kitted and shipped to individuals.

Sizing

Size guides.

Sizing varies by brand and cut, so we publish the guide for the specific garment on the quote rather than a generic chart that sends people to the wrong size. For company stores and welcome kits we run a size collection round before production — it costs a few days and saves a pile of reorders.

Need a chart for a garment you already have? Ask and we’ll send it over.

FAQ

Common questions.

Is there a minimum order?

It varies by product and decoration method. Patches and embroidery generally start around 24–48 units; some drinkware and accessories go lower. Ask — we'd rather find a way than turn you away.

How long does production take?

Usually 10–15 business days after you approve artwork. Rush options exist on many products; tell us the date you actually need it and we'll tell you honestly if it's achievable.

Can you hold inventory for us?

Yes. For ongoing programs we can produce in bulk, warehouse it, and ship on demand as orders come in — which is how most company stores run.

Do you handle multiple locations?

Yes, including split shipments and per-location cost tracking.

What if the product arrives wrong?

We fix it. If it doesn't meet the standard we quoted, it isn't your problem to solve.

Can employees order for themselves?

That's exactly what the client portal does. Each division sees its own approved catalog, orders route to your approver, and nothing is produced until it's approved.
